Turnaround Time:

Turnaround time for made to order items is 20 business days unless stated otherwise on the listing. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. The first day of TAT is the first business day after the day of purchase. This is subject to change. We will inform you if our turnaround time has been extended for any reason. Shipping time is not included in TAT.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped via USPS. All in stock ready to ship items will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless stated otherwise in the listing. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude Holidays. All made to order items ship time will be based on current TAT listed in the website banner at the top of the page.

Once packages are scanned by USPS we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. If there is a problem with the delivery of your package due to postal error, please contact your local post office to resolve the before contacting us. Brixey Apparel ships to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping information supplied by the buyer. Packages that are returned due to buyer error will be invoiced for shipping before being resent. If you do not wish for the package to be resent a refund will not be issued, a shop credit will be provided.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Due to the handmade nature of our products we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there was an error on our behalf. If there is an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receiving. Please reach out with sizing questions before checking out. All sale, custom orders, and grab bag purchases are final and not exchangeable for any reason.

Refunds will not be provided for postal errors.
